   Public and private buildings as photographic backgrounds are not subject to any kind of photographic release regardless of for profit or for free. However, if the background is misrepresented, discloses a particular address or is portrayed in an offensive manner; the offending photos are subject to private suits for defamation, etc.

   Cameras, 35mm D-SLR, 2.5″ reflex maybe for portraits, Lighting, backcloth, PC plus software(Adobe Photoshop), good cameraman,oh, maybe video camera.

   it depends on what state you are in and what the minimum wage is. i live in florida and minimum wage is 6.67 and walgreens starts the service clerk of at 7.75 and the photo specialist gets 8.50 im not sure what the pharmacy starts at but i think its 9.25 and its a dollar more if you get certified.

   The easiest way is to pass out fliers and give some good discount on prints. You could try 8X10s for such and such a price and that type of thing. Unfortunately with digital cameras and computers many people just download the pictures there and never make prints. When they want to look at the pictures or show their friends they just go to my pictures and look all they want. The business in photo prints is off everywhere.

   Ok, one last answer. No, on the picture, definitely not, unless you are a real estate agent, and then they put their pictures on everything.
   However, if you need filler on your resume, put a section called qualifications: You can list: Professional appearance, excellent phone and communications skills, Solid work ethic, willing to go above and beyond to successfully complete tasks, Quick learner; team player.
   Most employers are looking for someone who works well with others and wont be high maintenance and gossippee, so all those things will help, if you don’t have specific skills.

   Again , NO on the picture.

    they are not that expensive..i dont know where you live so i cant really give you a price but yeah its possible. i think you just have to talk to professional photo shoot places…and im sure they can arrange something. it may be a little expensive for just a foto but im a photographer myself so..hell be taking a lot of photoes. itll take like 10 mins or maybe even less. and then ull decide on the best foto with the photographer and if hes good, then itll turn out amazing. just make sure u go to a known photo place cos if its not well known then u cant really trust the photographer…if the guy has a nikon or a cannon then there really should not be any problem!

    Real Estate Agents are independant by nature. When you buy, or sell a home, you hire an Agent, not a company. So name and face recognition is very important to them.

    They also do a lot of business by referral. So perhaps you may not buy a home all too often, but you know a lot of people that you could recommend your agent’s services to. If you tell a friend, “use Susy Homeseller”, and then they see Susy on a billboard or other print advertisement, it increases her chances to get the deal.

    In my business I work with a lot of Realtors – what I think is funny is that many of their pictures are from years ago, when they were thinner, younger, etc.

    Hi,

    First, do you have a website for your photo studio? If you’re going to promote online, you should get a website so you can have a place to send people to online. The best way to do it is through Sitesell. Here’s a website that explains what it is and does. http://www.sitesell.com/Eunice1.html.

    You might be tempted to try to one of those cheap websites that cost $9.95 a month but you won’t know how to get traffic to your site. Sitesell has a special tool that helps you with Search Engine Optimization to bring visitors to your site. I have 2 sites with them and they know what they are doing. http://www.healthy-living-for-moms.com and http://www.organic-home-online.com .

    The other thing you can do is go to Google and add your business to their local search database. Here, again, it helps to have a web site so you can point them somewhere. But if not, you can start a blog and point them to that. With a blog, you can add photos and whatever else you have that will let people see what kind of work you can do.

    Blogs are free and Search Engines love blogs. Go to Blogger, WordPress, Typepad, etc to set one up. You should educate yourself a little about blogging before you start, though.

    They should have asked you to sign a model release form to verify whether you agree for your child’s photo to be used in their public marketing materials.

    Contact a lawyer if they are not willing to discuss with you. And make sure you keep all evidences (print the website, get a copy of the brochure) before they change it when you start making noises

    sure, the way that I use and that’s pretty simple is using the program “Microsoft Picture It!” I use the version from the year 2002. But, I think there are newer versions. And you could find a picture on either the clips arts that they have on there, or you could find one off the internet, then find a picture of your mom and dad and you can, using that program, cut out their faces and put them on the other photo.
